Diamond in the rough. So many of the big ticket items have been done recently. 50 year roof and solar were installed in 2018. Windows were replaced in 2017. Hot water heater for house was replaced in 2023, and the secondary hot water heater for the primary bathroom is waiting to be installed. Flooring has also been redone using vinyl planks with the exception of the primary bedroom.
